Every single wedding we capture includes both of us—Keaira and Allana! We aren't a lead photographer with a random hired assistant; we are co-owners and lead photographers who work every session and wedding as a team. You get two fully invested, hands-on leads covering every angle, emotion, and detail of your big day.

How do we officially lock in our wedding date?

Securing your date is simple! Once you choose your package, you’ll complete your Wedding Services Agreement and pay a $300 Retainer Fee. Your remaining balance can be paid upfront or split into 2 to 5-month installment plans, with the final payment settled no later than 7 days prior to your wedding.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking as soon as you have your venue locked in—typically 6 to 12 months in advance. Because we limit the number of weddings we take each season to give every couple our undivided energy, our calendar fills quickly.

How does travel pricing work for weddings outside of Norman, OK?

Travel within a 50-mile radius of Norman, OK is included at no additional charge! For driveable locations beyond 50 miles, travel is calculated at $1/mile (plus hotel accommodations if the venue is over 3 hours away). For destination and out-of-state weddings, client coverage includes roundtrip airfare, 2 nights lodging, and local transportation.

Do we have to book an engagement session?

Engagement sessions are completely optional, but highly recommended! While they aren't included in our core wedding collections, every Major Media couple receives 50% off any standard engagement session when booked alongside their wedding to keep overall prices as affordable as possible. It’s the perfect way to get comfortable in front of our cameras before the big day!
